You're stands for You are. Used to describe the person you are talking to.
Your is used to describe a person who you are talking to possession/belonging.

You are my brother. We must fight together.
Your brother is a naughty boy.

The annoying as add you see all over the internet on every page you click. The same chrome extension that's telling me how to write this definition, and now it's telling me that's this would sound boring to readers.
