An intense non-stop filming session that usually lasts 24-48 hours. The purpose is to speed up production in order to meet a deadline.

Man we were burning film at the SATO48 competition. I haven't slept in 2 days.

Burn Five

After a person is 'burned' by an acceptable comeback a Burn Five can be initiated.

1. Person who says the burn puts their hand out with palm facing up.
2. A member who hears the burn then slaps the hand, then slides it off making a "Tsssss" sound. This is known as the 'hand touching the hotplate'.

"That's the worst thing I've ever seen!"
"Clearly you've never looked in a mirror. BURN!"
(hand out) *slap* *Tsssss*

Thus, the Burn Five.
