A person that takes the first job they get and blows their paychecks on partying every weekend.

They are always broke, don't amount to anything great in life, and still live off their parents till they're kicked out into the streets.

If they end up being promoted in their jobs, they're lousy managers and are eventually fired for it.

Kyle was a party boy that that blew his paychecks every weekend. He eventually got promoted to Store Manager, but got fired for his incompetence. Kyle is now homeless, cause his Mom isn't going to put up with his Shit.
