gothics

"Gothic" is an adjective, not a noun. Therefore, a group of people can not be "gothics". "Goths", perhaps (though not likely given how little people know about the subject, especially people who refer to themselves as "gothic"). Similarly, "emo" (which, by the way, has nothing to do with Gothic anything) is short for "emotional", which, also, is an adjective, not a noun. Calling people "gothics" or "emos" just makes you look like an uneducated jackass.

"Look at the group of gothics or other adjectives! I need to wear a helmet when I leave the house."

dont hate everyone
dont want to kill everyone
dont want to kill thenselves
dont live life like dead
arent always sad
dont wear black all the time
are normally just like u!

most people class marilyn manson as a goth! but in his concerts he smiles. he doesnt wear black all the time. he doesnt kill people and if he wanted to kill himself them he'll be dead. everyone is unique! wear what they like, listen to what they like, act like whatever they want! so i really dont think people should be labeled by the way they are!

goth

someone who dresses in the gothic fashion to step away from society. they usally listen to the music they like(wether it be nu-metal, deathrock, darkwave,electronica,classic rock, hardcore rap, or industrial) and don't mind most peoples opinions.

these are things that real goths sometimes have that doesnt make them a poser.
Depression- so a goth cant be depressed because hes goth?

angst-some people are naturally angry

hate-wtf?

mutilation- some people are sad. not all goths live middle class

satanism/vampirism- yes! some real goths are satanist!!

but if all of the above apply, you have a poser at hand
also its ok to be goth and listen to whatever the hell you feel like

Gorthos

A Gorthos is a hoopy frood who started life as your average run of the mill super-intelligent human, but slowly evolves in to a super-human in many ways. As a Gorthos ages, he tends to not only maintain his like and ability in all things technical and generally nerdy, he also is able to get dates with attractive yet also slightly geeky nerd-girls. This makes him a diety among fellow nerds and although scorn occasionally rains down upon him from less fortunates, most often his charisma of 18 wins the day, even with decryers.

"I'm worried about little Timmy. He won't play hockey."

"Don't worry dearest, he's a Gorthos."

"True. As are you my sweet. Would you care for more tea?"

"Yes pretty lady. and a hand job please."

"But of course!"

Goth Bomb

Where a person of gothic style appearance is photographed, whether intentionally or accidentally, with a group of other people who look ordinary in comparison. The person in question may not necessarily consider themselves a goth, but their indie or alternative appearance may lead the general public to incorrectly deem them a goth. Such an appearance would include a pale complexion, predominantly black clothing, brothel creeper shoes and, for girls, very dark makeup and lipstick etc.
Has a similarity to photo bombing.

Also applies when a group of people who all have a gothic style appearance enter a smart or mainstream drinking establishment, and therefore do not represent the typical clientele. As such, the group will stand out and their presence may gain attention from, or irritate, the normal clientele in the venue.
