She can sometimes be annoying loud and pushy, but she doesn't mean to hurt anyone. if she sees a boy she likes she will try and stand out (its likely she didn't need to do anything for the boy to talk to her). Same meaning as the word shit but less vulgar; used to express anger, annoyance and disappointment.

We use that word alot in Saint Lucia

1: Oye, you does rell talk shate ih (Oye, you really do talk shit)
2: Gasa, mate full uh shate ih (Bro, this man is full of crap)

*Gasa: word of endearment used in Saint Lucia; from the French word: Garçon (Boy)
