Scoop

when you cup your hand and make a scooping motion under a persons chin and say "scoop!". Scoops originated in 2006 in Alpharetta GA. although some like the idea of scooping boobs, scoops are entirely different. A scoop is similar to a high-five or in some cases a teasing gesture. Phenomenon started by two high school girls from NoVA, "Scoop" is used when:
1. You steal something from someone
2. You've dumbfounded someone (generally followed by a playful slap to the face)
