Cybernetic Sciences

A family of disciplines that use cybernetic frameworks across multiple domains: cybernetic culture (how digital feedback loops shape social behavior), cybernetic anthropology (how societies organize information and control), cybernetic sociology (feedback in social institutions), cybernetic philosophy (questions of agency and consciousness in machines), human cybernetics (extended mind and cognitive augmentation), cognitive cybernetics (modeling brain function), neurocybernetics (neural control systems). Together they form a comprehensive approach to systems where control and communication are central.
Cybernetic Sciences Example: “Her research in neurocybernetics combined cybernetic science with neuroscience, using feedback loop models to understand how the brain coordinates movement.”

cylon

An inaccurate digital copy of the mind of a specific person, made only from data about them instead of a brain scan, or made from a corrupted scan, which believes itself to be an exact copy or continuation of the original person. This term especially applies if they inhabit a biological body.
Panelist at a sci fi convention:
Of course Zoe Graystone from "Caprica" is literally a cylon...it's directly stated in the show. And I agree that Nanette Cole from "Black Mirror" is one too, since she was made only from a DNA scan. Aida from "Agents of Shield" is almost one, with that human body, but she doesn't think she is a copy of a real person. Bishop from "Legends of Tomorrow" is made from a brain scan, but it was corrupted by repeated copying, so he ends up being a cylon by the end. Holly Marten from "Eureka" wasn't properly scanned, and then was given a human body, so she might be a cylon too.

Cybertruck

The ideal car for being thrown by Superman during a fight. Its sharp edges deal extra damage against opponents, and it will most likely explode on impact due to its poor design.
Superman desperately scanned the street during a fight to find the most morally acceptable car to throw at his opponent, knowing that not everybody has insurance, and loss of transportation can ruin a life. A wave of incredible relief washed over him as he recognized the hard geometric lines and silver paintless sheen of a Cybertruck.

Cyber slap

Whenever one spots a Tesla cyber truck, they must slap whoever is next to them and say the catchphrase above. CYBER SLAP!

Similar to the punching that occurs when one spots a Volkswagen beetle, and then punches their friend, this is the modern day equivalent.

A term coined by unpopular/indie author, Kaitlyn Johnson.
