Residue and debris left from a storm that may have passed. Could consist of dirty windows, debris, dusty doors, damaged outerwear etc.

My windshield was so dirty with storm crust, that I thought I saw a buffalo running across the road!

Typically caused by the discovery of an affair by either party and the subsequent destruction of the offending party’s property by their spouse/partner.
