Pillow Legs

A derogatory term for a person missing both legs, usually that were amputated above the knee. It is referring to their remaining legs' shape and resemblance to pillows, with legs often taking rectangular shapes on the edges/corners of the "stump." This effect is more obvious when the pillow-legged person is not wearing prosthetic legs.

My grandfather has "pillow legs." He lost them in an accident.

The phenomenon of becoming depressed during bed time. Usually in bed thinking about life and/or love.

May be the only time depression manifests for that person.

Ben : "Hey Carl, How did you sleep last night?"
Carls: "Not so good man, I had some mad pillow depression. Kept me up all night."

pillow drunk

The point when, after having been awake for an extended period of time, a person becomes unusually hyper and loopy, somewhat mimicking the effects of being drunk. Usually lasts anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour, and is almost always followed by a harsh crash.

After being awake for 30 hours, I was so pillow drunk that I couldn't stop laughing at the word "bubbly".
