A very subtle non judgemental word for a person who uses mu.opiod agonists, which doesn't translate to a British guy pretending to be from California.

One wildly known sentence "ope" was used in is from Eminem's song Lose Yourself "Snap back to reality, ope there goes gravity."
"Ope" can also be used when one is surprised. Example: imagine a child screaming "F*CK"
