To purposefully ignore someone, to pay no attention to someone, to give someone the brush-off.
Word stems from turning a blind eye to someone. Rather than a blind eye, it is a glass eye.

Tarquin invited me out tonight but I gave him the glass-eye because I don't like him and he smells of feet.
I had a text from Jenny but I just gave it the glass-eye.

In the middle of TSA checkpoints are glass booths.

These booths are where they make you wait if you require further screening. If you have attitude they keep you there till you miss your flight.

Did you see that lady with the nice rack? The TSA glass boxed her for 20 minutes.
