" I was trying to give a speech today but I totally forgot what I was gonna say so I froze for 10 seconds and told the teacher I was sorry because I forgot what I was going to say "
" Someone tried to talk to me today, but my social anxiety made my heart beat really fast and I just nodded my head "

A play on Social Butterfly and Social Fruitfly.
Social Butterfruitflies are witty, charming, and effervescent like the Social Butterfly. Like Social Fruitflies, however, they can be quirky, overly enthusiastic, and sometimes annoying to the people who know them best. These individuals try to keep the latter attributes to a minimum but their perpetual cheerfulness renders any attempt futile.
Harmonious by nature Social Butterfruitflies like meeting new people and making social connections, and enjoy introducing their acquaintances to each other. This quality can prove to be particularly beneficial to the Wallflower.

Politically correct (aka Newspeak) term for "physical distancing". You're not actually distancing yourself socially. Social distancing is actually distancing yourself from society and being less social. We're not doing that here in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.

It's a word/title that is usually used to describe someone that is popular. Often times those people are friendly or pretty, but it is not always the case. It is not always used to describe popularity alone, it could also be describing someone who is friendly to strangers. Typically a word used to describe females.
