When 2 screamo singers scream at different pitches to make a harmony. Like 2 singers singing a harmony but screaming. A good example is the song "The Aftermath" by Escape the Fate or the breakdown in the song "I'm made of wax larry, what are you made of?" by A Day to Remember.

Great Screamonics example: "If I'm going down I won't go down alone" in the song "Dear Insanity" by Asking Alexandria.
