The alternate name for the legendary city known as Vancouver. Raccoons have been known to come out at night in Vancouver and terrorize the population. Hence, Raccoonouver.

Racialebrity

A person who is involuntarily or voluntarily thrust into the media spot light due to a newsworthy event based on race. Someone who has become well known due to a racially charged matter that is in heavy rotation on the news and/or trending on social media. This person may even be a "wanna-be" celebrity who commits a hate crime to make a statement or fakes an attack from another race to seek attention.

Did you see Rachel Dolezal on Good Morning America? She has become a Racialebrity since the world found out she's really a white woman pretending to be black!

Racial peacekeepers

The preachers, pastors and community leaders who always rush out after a racially charged incident against african-americans to calm people and direct them to forgive or embrace their attackers. These individuals decide to represent all african-americans in the community, but often act hypocritically for their own benefit to establish a national profile and win influence among the african-american community for future church donations. They are noticeably absent when the violence does not have racial overtones.
