parachute pants

Tight fitting, if not slightly long, nylon pants. Often with excess of 8 pockets/zippers, parachute pants were rampant in the Eighties. They were brought back to the market sometime in the mid-Nineties as 'Nylon Jeans'. Parachute pants are often mistaken for Baggy or poofy 'MC Hammer-esque' pants, which in actuality are known as ASTRO-pants.

Skariachi saxophonist/singer Kole 'Flash' Maravilla is a large supporter of the Parachute pants.

when guys (generally skaters, scenesters, emo kids) wear girls' pants or jeans. i usually see guys wearing those tilt brand jeans from pac sun. they generally look pretty good too, unless you're unnaturally tall.

baggy pants

Baggy Pants is a fad in the wigger community where they were cloths a couple of sizes bigger. This actually started in the early 1980's by african-american shoplifters to allow more room to store stolen items in. The act of baggy pants was "copied" by the wigger community without knowing the meaning.
Strangly enough, african-americangang members do not wear them during times of street fights. Having your pants at your knees limits mobility.

You can always tell a dumb wigger by those baggy pants.

sucky-pants

Someone who either sucks at a particular activity, completely sucks at everything, or just sucks at life in general. Such as if your playing football and someone can't ever catch the ball, or if your out skating and someone can't do an incredibly easy trick: they are a sucky-pants. Because they suck.

Timmy can't even kickflip! What a horrible little sucky-pants.
