Statistically speaking there is only one person who fits this description in the whole wide world and he lives at 25 kratz drive (in the basement region of this faciltiy).

The state of being intoxicated and/or inebriated off Buzz Balls. A very distinct form of being of being inebriated that is specific of Buzz Balls.

Specific distinctions include: getting overly lit in a short amount of time, crashing quickly after the Buzz Ball wears off, and feeling immense dopamine rush.

Kickin' Around Buzz
