toadspots

Noun, plural. Bad acne, of a clustered variety and bright red variety. The indivual pimples are notably large and pustulent, and together the bumps obtain the texture of toadskin. Gross, and unfortunately, not always the fault of the person with it. Despite medication, scrubbing, and a healthy diet, sometimes you're just a toad.
