It used to be a nice american town but recently portugal has decided that south river would be a good place to reproduce. "The Tracks" are a great place to meet people in town and some of use spend way to much time on them. The "corner Store" is the place to go if you want tobacco. Alot of people say that it sucks and they hate it but I really dont have a problem with it.
