Protagonist and titular character of a series of crime-thriller novels by Lee Child. An ex-military policeman, a drifter who can be distinguished by his height (6"5') and physique. Has a relationship in virtually every book and his brother, Joe, works for the Treasury Department and deals in breaking up counterfeit operations. Reacher earned a ton of medals during his time in the military and is the only non-marine to win the Wimbledon Cup in shooting. Often finds himself dealing with all sorts of bad guys and the authorities.

Reach Around

A maneuver in Modern Warfare 2 in which members of one team single handedly wipe out the other team by going around the side of the map and sneaking up on them. This tactic can only be performed on the Hardcore Search and Destroy game setting. In other words it is a flank. Just before the game begins, players must announce which direction the reach around will take place making sure that there is no confusion amongst the team members. It is important that while undertaking this endeavor one must repeatedly shout "we're giving 'em the reach around" on the game chat in a rather annoying tone in order to ensure proper reach around etiquette.

Person 1: Dude we totally gave them the 'ole reach around that game.

Person 2: We sure did man. We sure did.
Person 3: Lawl.
