A patch on the body (usually on thighs or between butt cheeks) that is used to store hidden items. These items are often tapped to the shame patch.

Person 1: Quick hide this, people are coming!
Person 2: Where should i hide it?
Person 1: Put it in your shame patch, quick!

baloney patch

The bald spot on the back of your head surrounded by hair. The patch somewhat resembles a circle and the bald spot has been darkened over time from the sun giving it that baloney coloring.

Husband: Babe I think I'm going bald I can feel my scalp...check it please.

Wife: OMG love you are going bald and it looks like you have baloney patch on your head!!!

In EMS, the Disco Patch refers to the usually tacky, yet highly sought-after golden patch that Paramedics get to wear as a result of completing their two-year training program. It is named as such due to its garish, sparkly colors and bright red lettering. Known for corrupting the hearts and souls of formerly kind EMTs, slowly converting them into a dreaded Paragod, just as the One Ring converted its slaves to Nazgul.

I've been a paramedic for six years, but I still get a little bit hard whenever I put on my uniform with the Disco Patch.
