A bruce is a guy everyone likes. Well into a sport where he has all the top gear. Walks with chest out, chin up. Always seeing the good. Annoyingly positive. Loudest in a group. Usually 6ft, beard, loves his suits.

Get the Bruced mug.Bruce was everything to me, but I took it for granted. Seeing him everyday still, I’m seeing in real time what I took for granted. He looks angry with the world and since his hair is always in his face I can’t help but wonder what’s going through his head. All I can think about is how he hates me, and how I ruined everything for him. How I try not to look at him because what I’ll see isn’t the love he had for me once but that hate he shares with everyone else. The boy I loved isn’t mines anymore, nor looks at me like he did once, and how he’s turned to bad habits because I ruined the one thing he loved. And knowing that other people liked me but couldn’t go through with it because I will always regret no showing him what he deserved so he had to go look for it in places he never wanted to fall back too. All i wanted was love and I finally got it, and did nothing with it, because i was “nervous”, “scared”, and “wrong” for liking someone. He still means everything to me but I will never get the chance to tell him because he will never want me or to talk to me again. Crying doesn’t help no more because he deserves the world and I was too scary to give it to him and I don’t even know why because his words, smile, laugh and soft hands were all I needed in this world. Just don’t take him for granted like I did.
