A force to be reckoned with in Overwatch. He is one of the greatest, if not, the best Tank player (Especially Winston) to ever exist. His reflections and aim are unparalleled in the Overwatch community.

"Splash"
When a patron or guest is sitting at a bar/restaurant and the bartender/server (authorized distributor of adult beverages) has already announced that they will no longer be serving alcohol by verbally proclaiming "Last Call", is preempted by a guest while holding up their glass and stating; "May I get a splash!?"
In general & in the most simplistic terms, the phrase "May I get a Splash" is used when one is communicating with a bartender (after Last Call) while lifting one's empty glass, and subtlety rotating it in a clockwise and endearing way to facilitate/promote the server to refill this glass with the same beverage that was in it prior to being consumed. The server shall honor (at their discretion) this request with a quarter, halfway, or even in some rare cases..., a nearly full refill of the patrons original beverage & it shall not be charged, nor a bill be administered.
