orign: A buddy was telling a story on "fluke" accidents, but instead said "flute" accidents. Thus, "Flute Accident/Accidents" was born.

Meat Flute

When someone makes a witty remark, one can play the meat flute in a condescending fashion by holding your hands in front of your mouth and moving your fingers as if you were playing a clarinet while making a "whoo hoo hoo hoo hoo" noise.
