There are middle aged men in grey vans offering these as treats so you will have plenty of opportunities to taste the divine liquids known as chile con khan

Someone who antagonizes someone and when they snap back at them they act all innocent and get other people to attack the person that snapped back at them because they were convinced that the antagonizer is the victim.
