To be quiet in the morning as to not wake anyone up.

My brother and I have to be quitipsly before school while we pack our backpacks.

Mix between a quiche and a frittata..
Quiche without pastry or crust... add some vegies (or not) but still mainly egg, bacon, onion.
Quittata is yummmm to eat and easy to make.. there is no specific ingredients just use whats in your fridge.... and dont add that crust! :)

"Man I feel like a quiche but dont want the carbs..."
