Groundhog Diet

Refers to someone who says they will start their diet next week, tomorrow or a specified date.

Example 1
Person 1: Here have a cupcake
Person 2: I just started my diet, but it's ok I'll start next Monday

Example 2
Person 1: I'm getting fat, I'm going to start my new diet as of tomorrow
Person 2: You said that last week. Is that the Groundhog Diet?

an ass diet

An ass diet is the procedure of introducing liquids into the rectum and colon via the anus. The increasing volume of the liquid causes rapid expansion of the lower intestinal tract, often resulting in very uncomfortable bloating, cramping, powerful peristalsis, a feeling of extreme urgency and complete evacuation of the lower intestinal tract.

This procedure can result in weight loss.

An ass diet may also be used prior to anal sex or anilingus in order to enhance the sensation of intercourse, or to remove feces prior to sex, possibly reducing bacterial transmission and risk of infection, or just to reduce the possibility of fecal material or detritus from sexual activity adhering to the genitals or sex toys used during the subsequent activity. An ass diet used before anal sex should not be used consistently and contents should be removed afterwards. Continual usage of an ass diet may be harmful for the anal cavity.
