Dirty Rowdy

An older, past middle aged man who believes his own lies, goes and does WHOEVER and WHATEVER he wants to day in and day out. A "Dirty Rowdy" is someone who cheats with no conscience or remorse. He will literally tell he's going to do one thing then turns around and does something else. A Dirty Rowdy is someone who would steal your stuff then turn right back around and try to sell it to you. They will lie steal cheat gaslight and ultimately bleed you dry of energy, emotions, and last but not least : MONEY. O and the LOVE to PAY FOR SEX. Why this is eludes me.
