Similar to white privilege, a "racial passive" is a term to say Jewish people have an advantage/get away with more than others.

It can generally be used to describe someone with an advantage due to being a certain race.

When Jose said I had a "racial passive" it was a code for me allegedly being Jewish.

Can be shortened to Rags, this is slang in the west midlands to say why not or if you do it i do it more common around 2016-2019

You've been playing that dated timer-based game for 12 hours in a row. Don't be such a Ragas! Go outside and get some fresh air!
