A non-biological grandparent, aunt, uncle, cousin, etc. who flouts da rules established by da family dat he's married into, such as feeding da kiddos sweets, not properly guiding/restricting/disciplining them, buying non-essential and/or dangerous/unhealthy items for them and/or giving them money to purchase same themselves, discussing/disclosing "mature" topics and/or private matters/info when verbally interacting with them, etc.

Inlaw outlaws only refer to a misbehaver who's not genetically related to da family within whom he's breaking da rules, but an underminor can be either directly related or not.

Islamic outburst

When someone (usually your male partner) has a lot of agression that stems from jealousy or insecurities, usually bottled up overtime until it "explodes".

When he is extremely possessive of his girl and lashes out at other men that come too close to her.

When he is protective of his girl which comes across as toxic to some.

GF: "I shouldn't talk to you like this or my boyfriend will get upset."

Uninformed random boy: "Gurl, your shouldn't be okay if your boyfriend has Islamic outbursts like this, he sounds like a terrorist."

Islamic outburst

An Islamic outburst is when a boyfriend gets aggressive with his girl because of jealousy or anger management issues, sometimes physical.

When he gets (over-)protective of his girl and starts to lash out at her or a guy she's talking to.

Or even just when he gets extremely upset (exploding) over something others think is not as big of a deal.

It stems from the stereotype that all Islamic men are aggressive and see women as their property, so some peeps I met put these two words together. I've never seen it be used where it applies, but rather:

GF: "I shouldn't talk to you like this, I have a boyfriend."

Uninformed random bloke: "He's not healthy for you babe, what with his extremist ideology and all these Islamic outbursts, he's definitely a terrorist."

Or

Uninformed random bloke: "Hey girl, can I have your number?"

GF: "No, my boyfriend and I have made agreements regarding that, and besid-"

URB: "I SEE HOW IT IS, that guy of yours got you dancing like a puppet, I guess if you don't do as he says there's no avoiding his Islamic outbursts!"
