Can be used to describe an object that looks like a soup hat, i.e, 'that bowler hat full of soup is very soup hat,' but when used to describe a person, it literally means the most awesome, prettiest, craziest, most bonkers person you've ever met in your whole entire life, that brightens up your day and always smacks a smile onto your face whether you like it or not.
