“At least it’s not in my backyard”.
A person that stands back and takes no action against/supports invasive development in someone else’s backyard, while preserving their own. This person complains of “NIMBY’s” not wanting their neighborhoods trashed, but they don’t have to deal with what they’re forcing on another group of people. ALINIMBY’s wouldn’t want this development near them but complains when others push back.

I’m for society dumping all of their unwanted eyesores nearby for “the greater good”. At least it’s not in my backyard.
