payoutused to describe the state of a diabetic as their blood sugar level becomes too lowhypoglycaemia. As often friends of a diabetic will notice this reaction before they do,sudden slurring of speech, acting drunk, strange behaviour, bad temper, talking loud, etc.
Or anyone acting strange.

TEK OUT

Caribbean slang for the Phrase "Taken out". It's the past-tense of the verb" "Take him out" which actually means KNOCKED DA FUCK OUT in most cases..

Guy1: You see how pana Fall off da bike?
Guy2:*Says* TEK OUT!!
(Kind of like the Caribbean slang of "owned")
