hood time

Describes a loose or perhaps non-existent schedule in which objectives are met under relaxed time constraints, usually give or take an hour, or maybe 6 if someone passes out.

I called Jessica this morning but she operates on hood time, so she'll probably be here after sun down.

Punt Time

A software project management term. "Punt Time" is defined as the total time spent across the team in not doing the work. For example, if a developer opens up the issue, reads it, talks to a few people about it, and then decides to work on something else instead, the time spent doing these activities adds to the Punt Time for the issue.

The Punt Time of that bug got so damn large that I decided to just fix the bug so that I can stop attending meetings about it.

BK Time

A period in time during a multiworld or Archipelago video game randomizer in which one or more players have no actions in which they can take in-logic, so they opt to go to Burger King while they wait.

"Well I can't do anything until I get my Moon Pearl or my Morph Ball, so it's BK Time for me."
