Snyder time

Snyder time: When life is ~10% or greater in slow motion for you. You slow things down, willfully, and exorbitant details which you share with friends have nothing to do with anything helpful to helping you or the plot succeed. Lifestyle choice where a lot of caring people with impacted time & lives on the line hate you, but you act confidently enough to assure “the rest” your dream makes sense and is truly novel. To be on Snyder time you must be born rich, or on “Kanye level” of self-assurance.

“Wow. You took 5 hrs to write a 200 word email? You must be operating on ‘Snyder time’.”
“Ffs, with proper internet and management the DMV could process my ID in 20 seconds. Why are they, still on ‘Snyder time’?”
“Not sure if my partner taking 5 hrs to get ready is ‘extra’ or they just operating on ‘Snyder time’.”

A specific time and place where some little fag named jarek can get his shit rocked by a big man named Chad. Probably by a large bridge so then chad can throw jarek off and watch him squirm around in the water with his broken arms and legs. Or at a zoo at 1 a.m. so then Chad can throw jarek into a pit of snakes. Or at ionia middle school so then Chad can have his goon caleb neeley beat jarek up at 8 a.m.

I don't have time

When you say you don't have time for something, what you're really saying is, "This is not a priority for me right now." The 'no time' excuse is seductive because it sounds reasonable and removes personal responsibility. Research has found that it's socially acceptable to be busy, even admirable in our culture, which is why so many people lean on that excuse rather than just admitting the truth: 'This isn't my main focus right now.'

When my girl friend asked me to help her Chemistry assignment, I was like, 'I don't have time,' but really I just wanted to binge-watch my favorite show instead.
