Someone that benefits from something others do not benefit from.

It would no longer do the dork's family any good to stay together, it would only benefit the dork, the parasite, as with many other things in life. It was about time somebody stood up to her spoiled rotten ass instead of for her.

The female Jim Jones thought of herself as a modern day Parysatis, always putting everyone on trial but herself, trying to dispatch enemies at oppurtune times. It's no wonder the name Parysatis is similar to parasite.
