A coot rag (rag of the cooter) is a very universal term, ranging from its actual meaning (a rag used to clean vaginal fluids usually a mix of semen and pussy au jus) to its more oftenly used slang meaning, "dude quit bein a coot rag"...pretty much one of the best insults of 21st century.

rag wrench

when a mechanic is to lazy to fix a leak and uses a rag to just wipe the area clean. Usally done by aircraft mechanics to fool flight crews on their walk around.

I could`nt find which line was leaking oil so Ifuckin rag wrenched the whole area !
