Pennsyltucky

Region of Pennsylvania located west of Philadelphia and east of Pittsburgh and extends north to New York. The area is known to be a place where marriage to a cousin or uncle is actually frowned upon, because the relationships are to far removed. Towns located in this region generally only have 3 or 4 different last names in the phone book. Also if you have a car newer than 1992, or all your paint on your car still exists and matches you are considered "rich" in that region. There is little tolerance for anyone who is not missing at least 3 teeth, in many towns the person missing the most teeth is considered the mayor.

In Pennsyltucky Niggers, Jews, Chinese, Mexicans, and Muslims are all considered the devil.

Pennsylvania

A fairly wierd place when one moment u can be in downtown Philly then go past w. chester and be in bumble fuck.... a place where the closest anything is atleast 30 min away... a place where there is some damn good chocolate and ketchup and cheesesteaks and potatoes.... and yea so what if our sports teams suck (im speaking of philly here) atleast when they do win or we're playing rivals we will throw snow and mud on the feild in thier defense.... and even tho it is a tired ass boring place to live in... its still my home and i (mostly) love it....

At least we are only 2 hours away from DC and NYC

penny ass

"Penny ass" describes the dimpled appearance of cellulite on a man or woman's ass/hips. It appears that he/she was hit hard in the backside with a bag of pennies, thus leaving dimpled impressions.

Man, she used to have a fine ass but here lately she's gotten a penny ass.
