When the actual time comes for what is needed, there was a ton of stuff missing but it is your fault that it is all missing. So when you go back to said "Greg", "Greg" has zero accountability or responsibility but when you fix "Greg's" problem, he will take all of credit for it.

I just got gregged on that deal, he said it was perfect but so much was missing.
