creep stare

A byproduct of intense ogling towards a woman, preferably when she is not aware. Notable characteristics include heightened lack of self-awareness, decreased hand-eye coordination, increased time gaps between eye blinks, pupil dilation, drooling, and possibly a mild erection (see chubber).

Other males who have been inadvertently caught in the line of sight have likened the experience to making eye contact with Medusa.

So the bartender with the nice ass bent over and we all took a peek, but Paul really gave her the creep stare.
