Coma cake

A special cake made with medicinal marijuana butter. Typically a denser cake with no frosting like sponge cake or coffee cake but does include any style cake as long as it contains medicinals.

I just made a new coma cake for the party, dont forget its medicated and eat too much or you might have a bad trip. After eating a Coma Cake one will often take a Weed Nap.
