A person, usually a teenage girl, who wears excessive amounts of make-up. Thick eyeliner and heavy foundation is a significant characteristic of a cakeface.

Similar to a cake face, but with an extreme amount of excess make-up. Like a wedding cake because of additional layers and an over-the-top attempt to look extravagant.

they are a small cake that is topped with orange, then chocolate.
they (apparently) only contain 1g of fat per jaffa cake(yeah right)
but still, once you taste them, i swear - you will get hooked!!

A term used in exclamation. Gash is a word commonly associated with vagina, and the cake is just another word used to place an element of randomness into the term. It's rather a random comment, and can be used to refer to any of the following: vagina, pussy, a cake of cunt, a hot girl.
