A person who participates in the multi-media, art piece, animation, child loving franchise know as TROC. Usually this consists of autistic children, gooners, furries, pyrocynical fans, discord mods and Globulus.

And if they approach it is recommended you piss or shit yourself to keep the TROCer at bay.
