An unconventional leave type that denotes the state of being on paid employment leave while actively working voluntarily. Sometimes the work is from home other times it involves working from office as usual. The term was first coined by Bankers from Nigeria's during the Corona virus pandemic when most people had to work remotely and is widely used by working professionals to refer to a not so conventional leave plan

A societal pressure that causes people to work 12+ meaningless hours everyday without making any meaningful contributions. What people really need to start doing is working smarter and not harder. Working smarter is being able to get more work done in less amount of time. It allows people to gain extraordinary talents that the hardest working man will never achieve.
