Entering a short/momentary phase of intense depression, often accompanied by horrible decision making, and a lack of motivation overall. Some symptoms of Crashing Out include: bedrotting, texting your ex-situationship, hyperfixating on socializing with one person and only that person, low energy, low libido, and vitamin D deficiency.
