The town in Kazakhstan, the Eastern Kazakhstan region. Can be defined as a butthole of the world, since it is located in a pit, fully encircled by the mountains. The city is the birthplace for dammnn degenerate and futureless lipshits of 1999-today. The anomaly that stands over the city is the fact that despite all the ass-like architecture and poor logistics, the older people admire the town more than their lives.
