Verb meaning someone who talks utter bollocks and seems to miss their own point.

To twatwafflers generally enjoy the sound of their own voice or will write long convoluted messages with plenty of words but little actual information.

My cousin sent me an email today, he did nothing but twatwaffle about random bollocks. I'm not even sure what he was getting at.
