The word Tieran means you are obsessed with certain female celebrities to the point of having uncontrollable sexual urges which relates to masturbating to their pictures. The word usually is used when describing high school boys who fantasise over girls who they do not talk to.

Tirana

A tirana is a very outgoing type of person. It is a adjective. When calling someone a tirana you are giving them a compliment. Usually it is someone with long black hair. That person also is very beautiful. They have a great sense of humor. When calling someone a tirana, you are saying they are extremely artistic.

Wow, someone called me a tirana today. I was so complimented.

Ţigan

A Romanian word for Gypsy (Romani) that is loaded with negative connotations. Many use it to avoid confusing Romani for Romanians, however a better alternative is Romi. Romi used to be enslaved in certain parts of Romania, the word tigan implies slave status. A lot of non-Romi will tell you it’s not offensive, but that’s because it’s not targeted at them. Though not the worst word, most Romi find it offensive and degrading. When Romi use it towards each other it’s fine. Even if it’s the direct translation of Gypsy, it’s meaning in Romanian shows how negative it is. You wouldn’t see such definition for other ethnicities.
