Somebody with a very low IQ, who likes to assert their dominance in a situation where they are either ill-informed or uneducated. They are often self contradictory or hypocritical in their views, but will stop at nothing to swing their dick like a helicopter to show how strong they are to overcompensate for their general lack of knowledge.
