Refers to a blowjob, often used by girls who don't want to sound like total sluts. This is a different way of saying they like giving head but making it sound cute.

Friend: Do you ever give guys blowjobs?

Girl: Eww, no!. I give them squinkeys because it just sounds cuter and it doesn't make me sound like a total slut if i say it in public.

A word used to describe a massive overflow of fences or diarrhea after eating spicy meat most commonly associated with BBQ. An excessive amount of meaty poop exploding from the anus.
