He has depression and usually spends his day by threatning to kill and send swat team or police to peoples house. He does illegal stuff on the internet and when police comes to check his computer he deletes everything and is on google incongito so the police cant find out. He does a lot of illegal activties on the internet such as swatting, bullying, threatning, blackmailing and more.

limanu

Limanu is a commune in Mangalia known for having a lot of dogs that will chase you as soon as you enter their line of sight, there are seven roads, out of which only one you can drive on, the other ones are not drivable, of course if you consider replacing your wheels every few minutes as being drivable, sure maybe then there are seven, and also an internet connection that is extremely slooow. Also, nobody that is young lives there, it is only populated by old communists. There is only one school and recently a kindergarten was built(it took 5 years), actually there are 2, the other one is abandoned. In short, half of Limanu is a desert and the other half is a village filled with aggressive dogs and barely any form of life.

Originally a nickname given to British sailors who sailed across the Atlantic and sucked on limes to keep scurvy away.
It is now often used by Americans in two scenarios
1.) When referring to a British person, possibly in a form of endearment.
2.) Referring to 'British stereotype' (usually in an insulting way) but the insult is not specifically reserved for the British.

Ex:
"Met a limey at the airport today."

Person 1: The people down south are so uneducated.
Person 2: Oh shut it, you're starting to sound like a limey.

"Met a British person today who was acting like a real limey."
